By entering the CSSA Primary Super 8's Cricket GD you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the entry information.
Entry fee for each team is $140.00 + GST.
I understand and will abide by all the guidelines set down for the CSSA Primary Super 8's Cricket GD and will ensure that all players/coaches/managers/referee are aware of the CSSA Code of Conduct and Discipline & Disputes Policy which can be found in the CSSA Handbook.
CSSA does not provide Personal/Accident Insurance Cover.
As a CSSA Member school we are aware that all teachers/parents/volunteers that we send to a carnival or sporting event have completed a "Working with Children" check.
