Terms & Conditions of Entry

By entering the CSSA Primary State Tennis you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the event information.

Competitor Entry fee is $25.00 inc GST.

I understand and will abide by all the guidelines set down for the CSSA Primary State Tennis and will ensure that all players/coaches/managers/referees are aware of the CSSA Code of Conduct and Discipline & Disputes Policy which can be found in the CSSA Handbook.

CSSA does not provide Personal/Accident Insurance Cover.

As a CSSA Member school we are aware that all teachers/parents/volunteers that we send to a carnival or sporting event have completed a "Working with Children" check.
