Terms & Conditions of Entry
By entering the CSSA Secondary Touch Football GD 2019 you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined in the entry information.
Students will be considered for selection into the CSSA 15&U and Open Girls & Boys Teams which will compete at the CIS Championships 2019.
Entry fee is $200.00 + GST per team
By accepting the terms and conditions you are confirming your acceptance of the entry fee for individual players of $200.00 + GST per team. Schools will be invoiced the entry fee at the end of the Term.
I understand and will abide by all the guidelines set down for the CSSA Secondary Touch Football GD 2019 and will ensure that all players/coaches/managers/referee are aware of the CSSA Code of Conduct and Discipline & Disputes Policy which can be found in the 2019 CSSA Handbook.
CSSA does not provide Personal/Accident Insurance Cover.
As a CSSA Member school we are aware that all teachers/parents/volunteers that we send to a carnival or sporting event have completed a "Working with Children" check.
