Terms & Conditions of Entry

Welcome to the online entry for the 16&U BOYS Individual Player Nomination for CSSA Football Trials.

Nominated students will be considered for selection into a CSSA 16&U Boys Football Team which will compete at the CIS Championships

Schools will be invoiced the entry fee of $25.00 inc GST at the end of the Term.

By accepting the terms and conditions you are confirming your acceptance of the entry fee for individual players of $25.00 inc GST.

I understand and will abide by all the guidelines set down for CSSA Trials and will ensure that all players/coaches/parents are aware of the CSSA Code of Conduct and Discipline & Disputes Policy which can be found in the CSSA Handbook.

CSSA does not provide Personal/Accident Insurance Cover.

As a CSSA Member school we are aware that all teachers/parents/volunteers that we send to a carnival or sporting event have completed a "Working with Children check".
