Terms & Conditions of Entry

Welcome to the online entry for the Secondary Open Girls Basketball - Individual Player Nomination for CSSA.

Nominated students will be considered for selections to represent CSSA at the CIS Basketball Trials.

Nominations will ONLY be accepted from CIS MEMBER SCHOOLS

Schools will be invoiced the entry fee of $26.17 at the end of the Term only if a nominated player is selected to represent CSSA at CIS.

By accepting the terms and conditions  you are confirming your acceptance of the entry fee for individual players of $26.17 inc GST.

I understand and will abide by all the guidelines set down for CSSA/CIS Trials and  will ensure that all players/coaches/parents are aware of the CSSA Code of Conduct and Discipline & Disputes Policy which can be found in the CSSA Handbook.

CSSA does not provide Personal/Accident Insurance Cover.

As a CSSA Member school we are aware that all teachers/parents/volunteers that we send to a carnival or sporting event have completed a "Working with Children check".
