Terms & Conditions of Entry

Welcome to the online entry for the Secondary Diving - Individual Nomination for CSSA Team.

Nominated students will be considered for selections into a CSSA team which will compete at the CIS Secondary Diving Championships.

Nominations will ONLY be accepted from CIS MEMBER SCHOOLS

Schools will be invoiced the entry fee of $25.66 at the end of the Term only if a nominated player is selected to represent CSSA at CIS.

By accepting the terms and conditions you are confirming your acceptance of the entry fee for individual players of $26.17 inc GST.

I understand and will abide by all the guidelines set down for CSSA/CIS Trials and  will ensure that all players/coaches/parents are aware of the CSSA Code of Conduct and Discipline & Disputes Policy which can be found in the CSSA Handbook.

CSSA does not provide Personal/Accident Insurance Cover.

As a CSSA Member school we are aware that all teachers/parents/volunteers that we send to a carnival or sporting event have completed a "Working with Children check".
